At MegaHobby, we want you to love your new style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel with original tags attached. Our streamlined process ensures that updating your wardrobe remains as effortless and enjoyable as your initial shopping experience.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your MegaHobby account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a pre-paid shipping label.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and security seals are intact, and include the printed return authorization slip inside.
Ship It Back
Affix the pre-paid label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a convenient home pickup.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
